Conversation Overload

Along the lines of my earlier reference to the link and impact of "Continual Partial Attention" and Communications, Paul Tom Foremski of Silicon Valley Watcher re-inforces the case.

The problem is not "information overload"… it is "conversation overload".

How could Voice 2.0 lead in solving the problem of managing "conversation overload"?
